The UT Works Program leverages both the Transformation Network and the Communications Network to help units and colleagues understand and prepare for changes coming with the implementation of UT Works. Individuals nominated by the leadership of units impacted by UT Works comprise each network.
Transformation Network
The members of the Transformation Network help their coworkers and team members transition to using UT Works. Participants in the Transformation Network are designated as either Change Champions or Change Leaders with each role taking part in specific events and training to help build the skills they need to provide on the ground support within their units.
Change Champions will support the UT Works Program by
- Participating in Pilot Training
- Providing support during the Hypercare period
- Assisting teammates as needed after Hypercare
Change Leaders will support the UT Works Program by
- Pushing UT Works Program communications to team members
- Participating in Change Management Coaching
- Supporting team members with navigating change during the transition to UT Works
- Gathering feedback and escalating issues as necessary
Communications Network
The Communications Network works closely with the Transformation Network and the UT Works Program to help share information within their units and organizations. The Communications Network primarily focuses on raising awareness of the program and coming changes, along with resources and help materials as they become available. The Communications Network also provides feedback on communications materials, helping to adjust and tailor materials to meet the diverse needs of their units.
