Round 1 design sessions for the Capital Planning and Project Management (CPPM) Design Sessions module of UT Works are taking place from April - June.

• Week 1 – April 24 & 25: Capital Project Configuration
• Week 2 - May 9 & 10:  Capital Project Processes  
• Week 3 - May 23 & 24:  Capital Projects and Contracts
• Week 4 – May 31 & June 1: Contract Management and Project Expenses
• Week 4.5 – June 7: Final Pay App and Closeout Deliverables
• Week 5 – June 13 & 14: Work Orders
• Week 6 – June 21 & 22: TBD
