Transformation Network Kickoff (Evening)

The UT Works Program is hosting a kickoff meeting for the invited attendees who will be acting as Change Champions for the program to introduce the Transformation Network and provide detailed program information.

Change Champions will be part of a Transformation Network to aid in the UT Works Implementation and participate in four primary activities: 

1. Transformation Network Meetings 
2. Change Readiness Training 
3. User Acceptance Testing 
4. Pilot Training 

Through their participation, the Change Champions will be able to provide valuable feedback on the system configuration and training materials. Change Champions will also serve as key contacts for their areas to help prepare each unit for the move to UT Works.
