Facilities Services’ FIRST to Welcome UT Works Trainers
Facilities Services (FS) shared information about the new UT Works training team on the FS FIRST website in April. We are republishing their piece here for everyone outside of FS who does not have access to FIRST.
Thank you to Debbie Dimeo, Laura Illanes, and Gordon Larrimie.
Please join us in welcoming the team of UT Works trainers who joined us in April. They will provide instructional support for UT Works users when it goes live during the fall. The team will serve as a shared resource between the departments in Campus Operations and University Housing and Dining. Their purpose is to assist users in mastering the use of iPads and iPhones necessary for UT Works and to help users gain comprehensive knowledge of the modules relevant to their work. The team’s first task is to observe and learn about current business practices as they begin to develop training material. The training schedule for users will be communicated when the courses have been established, and registration for training becomes available.
