The UT Works Program partnered with Axiom Learning Solutions to offer Change Management Workshops. The training aims to prepare managers, supervisors, and informal leaders to help their team members successfully navigate the transition to UT Works within their units. Change management is a key part of supporting employees as they transition from how they do their jobs today to how they will in the future using UT Works.
Approximately 80% of the 350 managers, supervisors, and informal leaders invited to participate attended 1 of the 12 Change Management Workshops offered in October. While critical to the success of UT Works, the information shared in these workshops can assist participants with future projects and changes they may be involved in.
As a follow-up to the workshops, the UT Works Program plans to hold coaching sessions for groups of attendees. We are also developing a workbook-style toolkit to provide specific help and templates to provide workshop attendees with the tools they need to support their teams.
