At every step in the process, through planning, initial design, and design confirmation, the UT Works Program has worked with the units that will be using the final product to gain insight and feedback on their processes and how UT Works can help each unit successfully implement the new system. This involvement becomes even more important as the program passes important milestones and moves towards the Fall 2024 launch window.

Looking Ahead
Look for the following activities to begin during the Spring and Summer of 2024.
- Mid-April–August — End-to-end testing begins for O&M and ReADY request forms.
- July — Mobile literacy training begins for those who will access UT Works from mobile devices.
- August — Train the Trainer program begins to prepare the team members who will train others within each unit.
