Phase 1 of the UT Works implementation covers the Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Capital Planning and Project Management (CPPM), and ReADY (Customer Self-Service Portal) modules. The timeline represents the steps involved in taking each module of Phase 1, including planning, design, testing and launching the system, also known as “go-live.” The timeline also includes a deployment track, which covers operational work performed in support of all three modules.

For more detailed information about each module included in Phase 1 or the other phases of the UT Works Program, refer to the Program Phases and Timelines page.

NOTE This timeline is currently accurate as of March 13, 2023, and can change to meet the developing needs of the program and university stakeholders. We will update the timeline as necessary to keep those following the progress of Phase 1 up to date.
