In preparation for UT Works Go-Live, the UT Works Program and business units will train over 900 employees through over 100 training sessions from September through October and beyond. The training sessions will provide those who will use UT Works with the tools and skills needed to successfully transition to the new system. The table below includes a description and which roles will be required to take each course. Many courses are broken out by specific unit as well in order to address the specific business processes used by each unit.
Please note that UT Works role assignments for employees and course registrations are being handled within each unit and not the UT Works Program. If you have questions about the roles or courses you have been assigned, please contact your manager or training administrator.
