UT Works Program Gearing up for ReADY this Summer

Published:
June 14, 2023

This summer, the UT Works Program team will pull together a workgroup of representatives from across campus to learn more about how they submit work requests and how to best capture that information. The program will use the feedback captured in workgroup meetings to design the request forms ensuring that they capture the necessary information while being easy to understand and use.

The ReADY/UT Works Request Forms will act as the customer self-service portal of the UT Works system and will replace the current WORQS request form system. ReADY promises to provide an improved service request process and make it easier for customers to track progress on their service requests. Accessible from both desktop and mobile devices, the new system also provides a communication channel between the requester, the department handling the request, and technicians in the field for each customer request.
