UT Works Training Begins in September
UT Works training officially begins on September 4 and will continue through October, with over 900 employees receiving training before Go-Live. To accomplish this feat, the UT Works Training Team developed 22 different courses, taking the work of employees in each unit into account to help provide the knowledge and skills necessary to use UT Works successfully.
Change Champions and Leaders Help Pave the Way to Success
The roles and activities of Change Champions and Leaders combine to provide multiple levels of support to help their teams and coworkers successfully transition to the UT Works way of working more quickly and with confidence.
What’s Cutover and Go-Live?
While you may have seen the term Go-Live in previous UT Works Program communications and some may even be familiar with the term cutover from working on physical infrastructure projects, you may not have heard it in connection to UT Works. As these are both terms you certainly will be hearing a lot more often this fall, we felt it would be useful to share a quick primer on what they mean in the context of UT Works.
Looking Ahead
Look for the following activities to continue or begin in September.
- Ongoing – End-to-end testing for O&M, CPPM, and ReADY request forms
- September – CPPM Project Manager Pilot Training to evaluate UT Works training materials
- September-October – Change Management Coaching Sessions
- September-October – UT Works User Training Sessions
