The program team and business units have worked together to ensure that everyone can get the help they need to enable them to use UT Works successfully after go-live on November 5, 2024.
Get Help with UT Works AiM, GO, or Mobile Devices
Recognizing that each unit will use UT Works a little differently, following their own internal processes and business needs, the best place to look for help, when necessary, will be within your own team or unit. Look for additional communications with help information specific to your unit and job to come from your managers and leadership within your unit.
However, if you’re ever unsure who to contact for help, you can visit the UT Works Help page. On this page are links to each unit’s help resources. You just need to find the name of your unit and click to go to your local help resource or information.
Help for Campus Customers using the UT Works Request System
Campus customers looking for help reporting an issue or creating a request in UT Works can visit the UT Works Resources site for campus users maintained by the Facilities Service Center (FSC). The resources page includes links to the UT Works Request System FAQ, video demonstrations, information about problem codes, and more.
Self-Service User Reference Materials
Self-service user guides are available for users of the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) module (AiM + GO) and the Capital Planning & Project Management (CPPM) module (AiM) via SharePoint. NOTE: The SharePoint site is only accessible to staff members of the units using O&M and CPPM.
