On March 23, members of the Transformation and Communications Networks received an update on the UT Works Program along with an introduction to the Change Management plans the Organizational Readiness (OR) team will use to prepare UT staff for the transition to the UT Works system. Meetings were held for both day and evening shift staff to accommodate as many network members as possible.

The UT Works Program launched a Transformation Network and a Communications Network in the fall to help units involved in the program understand the changes coming with UT Works.
